My Mission

I believe supplements should support you, not confuse you. My goal is to help readers make informed, confident choices about what they put in their body and why.
This site isn’t about trends or miracle pills. It’s about long-term support for your mind, energy, and clarity using tools rooted in biology, not hypes.

About Me

I studied Molecular Biology and Genetics and went on to complete a Master’s in Plant Sciences, with years of experience working in nutraceutical R&D. I’ve always been fascinated by the way natural compounds interact with our physiology, especially the brain.

BrainBodyStack is where I share what I’ve learned, what I use, and what I trust, blending scientific background with real experiences.

Personal Experiences with Nootropics

I didn’t start BrainBodyStack because I read a few studies. I started it because I’ve personally used these supplements to support my energy, focus, and emotional balance. Here are a few that made a real difference in my routine:
Tea leaves

L-Theanine: Calmer Energy & Stress Resilience

This one changed my mornings. I used to feel jittery after coffee, but adding L-Theanine gave me focus without the anxious edge. It's especially helpful during writing sessions or when I need to stay calm but alert, I even take it before presentations.

Phosphatidylserine: Mental Stamina & Memory Retention

I discovered this while working in R&D at a nutraceutical company. I started taking it during high-pressure phases at work, and I was surprised at how it helped with “mental endurance”, especially in the afternoon slump when I’d normally lose focus.

Lion’s Mane Mushroom: Long-term Cognitive Support & Memory

I first tried Lion’s Mane during my Master’s program, when I was constantly switching between research papers, lab work, and writing. Over time, I noticed it gave me a more "connected" mental flow, not a jolt, just clarity that built slowly and stayed with me. It’s been part of my stack ever since.
